The committee meeting will take place the first Tuesday of every calendar month. Committee members will be notified by secretary proir to the meeting.

All committee members are requested to attend these meetings if you are unable to attend then you appologies should be made to the Secretary Sue Adams prior to the meeting on 07814874313 should you wish to discuss any other business at any of the meetings listed above you should submit this to Sue no later than the Monday priour to the meeting in which you would like your subject to be listed as any other business.
